  Capital Area Workforce Development Board is releasing an RFP for pre-employment, job readiness, and employment services for ex-offenders in Wake and Johnston Counties.  Workforce Investment Act funding will be used to provide services through the Capital Area JobLink Career Centers.  
     
  Capital Area will be holding Access Point Information Sessions on February 4, 2010 for organizations that are interested in becoming Access Points in Wake and Johnston Counties.
