The Incumbent Workforce Training Program (IWDP) is a competitive, statewide, training grant in which businesses can apply up to $25,000 per year to train their existing employees.
If you have positions available that require work experience, and will consider talent that has most of the skills and training requirements necessary to do the work, our On-the-Job Training program may be for you. Our program provides a training subsidy reimbursement to businesses up to 50% of the employee’s wage.
