Are
you an employer in need of maintaining or increasing your
workforce? JobLink Career Centers
provide employers a single place to address their employment
and training needs. Each Center offers employers the opportunity
to recruit qualified workers at one location. Employers have
the opportunity to recruit on-site at any of the Capital Area
JobLink Career Centers. Staff will assist with making the
arrangements and ensuring that potential employees are well
informed and prepared to interview for the positions available
within the company. Other services offered to employers include:
Labor Market Information, Rapid
Response assistance, hiring incentive information, as
well as worker training resources. Local workforce development
professionals, from various partner agencies, work together
to provide quality services to employers.
JobLink provides employers with
several online resources to assist with their recruitment
efforts. Approved employers have the ability to post their
current job listings, or search the resume database for qualified
workers. We hope you find these JobLink online resources helpful.
Employers may also place job orders through ESC by going to
the Employment Security Commission
web site.

Testimonial From One of Our Businesses
“The
industrial training course was invaluable in
both classroom and practical knowledge. It explained
the concepts behind work sampling, cost accounting,
and cost justifications and then provided real
scenarios on our shop floor to put those concepts
into practical applications. The final projects
on cost reductions will have positive impacts
immediately and on projects we undertake in
the future.”
