Capital Area Workforce Development Board is in the process of updating our Local Area Plan. The purpose of the plan is to accommodate the US Department of Labor’s vision and ensure continued effective use of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) resources for the July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2011 Program Year.
