Engineering Manager, Accu-Fab, Inc.

Accu-Fab has always been committed to employee development. Steve and Bala’s outstanding technical expertise in communicating the Fundamentals of Industrial Engineering certainly transferred Accu-Fab’s learning objectives into a high-quality, effective training program for all the class participants. Their ability to develop diverse material and make it user friendly was commendable; and the handouts, overviews and personal interactions were instrumental in the success of the program. We were all left with a wealth of knowledge that we’ll be able to apply to our daily activities for both process and procedural improvements.

Jacky Letourneau
Cost Accounting Manager, Accu-Fab, Inc.

The Fundamentals of Industrial Engineering class taught by Bala and Steve was really remarkable. We covered a whole lot, which included the history of IE from its earliest beginnings, various ways to costing product, and ending with ways of problem solving and methods improvement to increase productivity. I personally received new insight on how to approach old and new jobs from a costing standpoint. I would highly recommend this class to anyone involved in the manufacturing field.
